This VW MDI Kit (Multi Device Interface) lets you listen to your own music while you're on the move. You can choose a personal soundtrack
to your drive with the MDI kit. It offers you a fast and easy link to files on your MP3 player, iPod and USB memory stick. It's so easy to
connect a compatible device to the radio system via a universal port, using the adapter cable for USB or iPod connector which we supply for
free with the kit. Just plug in and enjoy. The port also supplies a 5-volt charging current for iPod's.

We provide an extension MDI cable with the kit so that the module can be hidden behind your stereo / glove box while being able to
situate the connection for your iPod / USB etc in the glove box.*
We also offer extra cables via our eBay shop for iPhone Lightning connection! This is for all new Apple devices for example

The Media Device Interface (MDI) offers support for USB devices (memory sticks and hard drives), iPod integration along with displaying
ID3 tags over the CAN bus to the MFD and the RCD310, RCD510 and RNS510 headunit display. You can navigate folders or menus
simply via the sound system, with the track playing shown on your radio or radio-navigation display. The Multi-Device Interface lets you
choose a great soundtrack to match your new Volkswagen's great drive!

Returns That Are Our Fault
Wrong Item received / Faulty Item. Returns that are our fault includes wrong items received or faulty goods. We are more than happy to replace any item(s) in these instances. In The case that an incorrect / faulty item is being returned for a refund you will receive a full refund including the original postage & packaging costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.
Returns That Are Not Our Fault:
1) Unwanted Goods / “Cooling Off” Items. Returns that are the customer’s choice under the distance selling regulations,

These are all entitled to a refund / replacement if it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage cost to return the item and we will also not refund the Royal Mail / Courier Postage costs incurred for the item sending out to you originally (Your refund then will be the final eBay price minus any postage cost). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return.
